a few things about our lovely villa and staff
The property consists of the main villa and 2 antique teak wood bungalows. With 5 bedrooms and 5½ baths plus bonus sleeping areas and extra beds, it can comfortably sleep 8-14 people. There are two additional one-bedroom cottages (Magnolia Cottage and The Bird’s Nest) on the property that can be included in the rental for groups of up to 18 people. Please inquire for availability.
The villa features 2 master suites, plus an antique day bed in a private alcove that sleeps 2 at night. There are 3½ bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room table that seats 12 or more, an entertainment room with a 47′ flat screen TV, satellite service, large DVD library, and plenty of books and periodicals to read during your stay.
Descend 30 steps along a stone path lush with banana trees and birds of paradise, to arrive at the grass-thatched gateway to the charming jungle bungalows, converted antique Javanese teak wood houses. Bungalow Jahe (Ginger) has a queen size bed, a quaint alcove with a single iron bed, and a small kitchen. Bungalow Jeruk (Orange) has two single beds that can be converted to a queen-sized bed.
Pool
Luxuriate in a shimmery aqua blue mosaic wading pool, and watch the water cascade down to the larger infinity pool below. Soak, paddle or lounge surrounded by the sounds of the birds, crickets and the stream below, or use the MP3 dock nearby to play your favorite musical accompaniment.
Internet
You may decide to put away your phones and computers and just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, but whenever you need it, there is unlimited WiFi included at no extra charge. And it is high speed – for Bali.
Media Room
The cozy and comfortable media room features a 47′ flat screen TV, DVD player and USB and HDMI ports to hook up your own movie and music library. There is a large DVD library at your disposal, as well as hundreds of movies available via the Apple TV link to our villa database. (Please note that Apple TV requires the use of your own iPad, as well as special free software.)
Staff & Services
Our staff of six is here to make your stay as pleasant and luxurious as possible.
With advance notice, Nurdi, our cook, can prepare outstanding local or international cuisine for you at home. She uses locally grown, organic produce whenever possible. Equally talented with vegetarian or non-vegetarian selections, she can accommodate your dietary requirements.
Our night watchman, Putu, is on-duty until morning, and can pick up a take away dinner for you, a late night snack or ice cream from a nearby café or warung, or make you a cup of tea or coffee should you wake up early.
Laundry services are available for a nominal fee.
We are a gay-friendly establishment.
